Covid-19 News and protocols

Whether you are looking to move, stretch or strengthen your body, to dive deeper into your spiritual yogic practice, or just sit with a cup of tea and some conversation… Bodhi Tree Yoga would like to welcome you hOMe ॐ

Here is what we are doing to help keep us all safe in these times:

As of December 28th, 2020 All classes are now online, register through the schedule above or through your MINDBODY app. This is the best method to keep everyone safe throughout this time. As restrictions are lifted we will send out an email letting you know when we return to in studio classes. We thank you for your continued support!

In Class Sessions:

All classes are now limited to 8 students

Pre-registration for classes is now required
(we cannot guarantee a space in class if you “drop-in”)
We have reduced the number of classes offered in
order to clean/disinfect properly

After each class, the floors and all common surfaces are disinfected (which include door handles, bathrooms, light switches, counters)
We encourage you to bring in your own mat, props and water bottle
Props are available to borrow, however, you must leave them on the floor after class so that they can be put into isolation and be disinfected after use.
Spots are pre-marked on the floor in the studio. Please place your mat within the markings to ensure a proper safe spacing practice
Masks are required coming into the studio and in all common areas. You may take off your mask only once you are settled onto your own mat space in the studio and ready for practice. Once stepping away from the mat space again, your mask must be on.

If you feel unwell, have any symptoms related to Covid-19, have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19 or have been travelling outside of the country in the last 14 days – STAY HOME! We will happily connect with you virtually for a home practice if you would like and will be here at the studio waiting for when you feel better and are safe and healthy!
