Join in a collective 8 hour online yoga and wellness journey, as we navigate what it means to be Empowered and shift into a state of balance between the masculine and feminine. We will be joined by yoga instructors and speakers from across the globe to guide us through practices, lifestyle workshops, connecting and movement!

Covid-19 News and protocols
Whether you are looking to move, stretch or strengthen your body, to dive deeper into your spiritual yogic practice, or just sit with a cup of tea and some conversation… Bodhi Tree Yoga would like to welcome you hOMe ॐ
Here is what we are doing to help keep us all safe in these times:
Our class sizes are currently limited to 25 students, pre-registration is highly encouraged (although not mandatory). We have upped our cleaning regime in order to sanitize all high traffic areas (such as bathrooms, light switches, doors and floors). Props are available for use and are cleaned regularly (although you are always more than welcome to bring your own props in for use)
If you have ANY signs or symptoms of Covid -19, PLEASE STAY HOME! Let’s all do our work to keep each other (including your teachers and fellow students) happy, healthy and safe!
